A reunion of three of some of the greatest guitarists out there? Sounds like a great deal. Although it took many years for these three legends to reunite and make a new album after 1983, this is an essential music release that one needs to pay attention to. All three guitarists are absolute legends, and they each submitted some original songs for this album release. Self-produced and recorded between May and July 1996 at Real World Studios in England and by the Verve label on 15 October 1996, this will undoubtedly be a winner of a listen. Let’s listen to this album and we hope it is as awesome as earlier releases by the trio.

La Estiba begins with some dark and moody acoustic guitar work, which sounds decent and great to listen to. Eventually, this heads into lighter musical territory and it sounds absolutely blissful as a piece of music. A really cool tune, this has some tasty and upbeat acoustic guitar playing that is very much unforgettable. An interesting listen, this is a winner of a tune. Really very awesome to listen to and enjoy, these three guitarists deserve a medal for their efforts on this album. We are in Spanish guitar heaven here, with some insane shredding on the guitar as this progresses. A smooth, sweet and tasty listening experience that is ultimately rewarding to hear. This does sound absolutely fantastic and refreshing to listen to. This also sounds absolutely wonderful and intricate throughout. The acoustic guitar playing and shredding should motivate any young guy or girl to pick up the instrument and learn how to play it. All in all, it sounds truly wonderful to hear. There is a brief pause in the second half of the tune, followed by mellow guitar riffs that sound really cool and great. An audibly fantastic music listening experience, through and through. This i ingenious music that you must hear. All in all, a great tune that concludes with some mellow guitar work. Excellent and sweet to listen to. It fades out at the end.

Beyond The Mirage begins with some crisp and clear acoustic guitar playing, which sounds really excellent. It launches quickly into a genuinely cool piece of music that sounds sweet, luscious and epic. If you have a good set of ears, do listen to this album right now. It sounds really very stunning and fantastic throughout like light being shone in a dark alleyway. In any case, this music is for those of you who just like solo acoustic guitar work with no extra instrumentation or embellishments. A very sweet and magical listening experience that sounds superb. Some of the acoustic guitar riffing throughout this tune is absolutely gorgeous, and these three men deserve praise and applause for this music. Towards the middle, this sounds rather heroic and interesting, and this music ploughs on in a joyful and upbeat manner. All in all, a really great and fantastic piece of music that sounds exceptionally good to listen to. In the second half is fast-paced acoustic guitar strumming matched with some super sweet shredding on acoustic guitar to match. A very excellent listening experience that makes total sense, and it sounds extremely musically accomplished. This continues to go on for over six minutes in length but sounds absolutely sweet and fantastic to listen to. It has some crunchy chords right towards the end, as this track begins to wrap up. Very, very awesome. A legendary listen from start to finish.

Midsummer Night begins with some rushing sounds of jet aeroplanes and sounds fantastic. Some pounding drums and percussion over chatter emerge, and this sounds really fantastic. It quickly launches into a sweet and lovely-sounding tune that is perfect for the occasion of a midsummer night, indeed. The mixture of acoustic playing and percussive sounds throughout are absolutely wonderful to hear. This music is like a Spanish sort of painting, along the lines of Pointillism, which is fascinating to listen to and hear. Towards the midsection is a more subtle piece of musical craft, before this tune gradually begins to build back up into a joyous frenzy of music. This sounds totally superb and absolutely worth hearing. Some insane shredding is present on this tune, and the whole thing is very memorable and to be praised. An awesome instrumental, and something you should cherish musically. Some of the best acoustic guitar playing you will ever hear is on this album. Brilliant from start to finish to listen to. A great tune.

Manha De Carnaval begins with some synchronised guitar playing by the guys here, which sounds really excellent. It quickly launches into a smooth and sweet listening experience which sounds really great to hear. A gorgeous and fine piece of music, this has character and also sounds very unique, through and through. A really great listening experience, this is music that many fans of music can and will relate to. The playing and shredlike guitar work on this album is nothing but fantastic, and the music carries this through very well. All in all, this does sound really great to hear. Towards the midsection, this plays some gorgeous melodies and some shredding on acoustic guitar. A really very fantastic listen, it goes back in dual synchronised guitar parts in the middle, followed by some sweet guitar soloing. All in all, this sounds very fantastic to listen to. A gem of a tune, this six-minute-plus long piece sounds really fantastic, to this very day. In fact, this music has not aged one bit, it still sounds as great as it did in 1996. A wonderful listen, this sounds really very great. It begins to gradually wrap up after some time, with some pleasant and totally listenable acoustic guitar playing. Really very awesome, a musical landmark. Extremely gorgeous.

Letter From India is a shorter piece at under four minutes long. It sounds sweet, melodic and blissful from the start, launching into a fantastic-sounding piece of music to hear. Very, very cool. This is exactly the sort of pretty and gorgeous music that Led Zeppelin would have been inspired by back in the day. A great listen, through and through. Very exciting and excellent to listen to. This may seem a bit old-fashioned musically today, but that is not the point. The point is, this music is absolutely amazing to listen to. It ticks all the right boxes and sounds sweet, amazing and energetic throughout. A very cool album to listen to. This sounds very artistic and sweet throughout, which is really cool. The acoustic guitars are very excellent indeed, and this music is a real winner. A powerfully enjoyable tune to listen to, even without vocals or lyrics. Excellent to hear.

Espiritu begins with some acoustic guitar riffing and percussion sounds in the background. Both sound really great and are a masterclass in acoustic guitar playing throughout as the track begins. This sounds again, absolutely amazing to listen to. A very cool tune to hear, the percussion and uptempo sound of acoustic guitar playing will blow your mind here. A thoroughly fantastic tune, this is perfect for that romantic dance with your partner. It sounds absolutely fantastic, to say the least. The mixture of acoustic guitars and percussion throughout is really fantastic to listen to and sounds really joyous and lovely. This is also a catchy tune, proving that guitar instrumentals can be solidly somewhat like Pop Music as well. A cool and exciting track, this is definitely one of the highlights of this album. It sounds solidly like the best offering that European-based Classical Guitar Music can provide. A superb tune to listen to, this sounds amazing beyond words. Some acoustic guitar is played in a song-styled way alongside percussion right towards the end, which sounds really cool. A winner of a tune, and something that should be celebrated. Excellent.

Le Monastère Dans Les Montagnes begins with some Wild West-styled acoustic guitars, duelling it out. This is a six-minute-long piece of music that sounds really cool and fantastic, with a twist of Spanish culture and sweet playing throughout. These guys obviously knew their chops and craft very well on this album, and the whole thing is a superb and interesting listen. The sounds and performance are absolutely fantastic to listen to. This is a great Classic Album for those of you who dig solo acoustic guitar work, with a Spanish twist added to it all. The playing is fast and frenetic throughout, with a great deal of emphasis on shredding and soloing neatly. The music is a very picturesque and amazing listening experience. A cool and great listen throughout, the guitar playing throughout is absolutely insanely good. There are various lead acoustic guitars playing shred melodies over punchy rhythm acoustic guitars, which is all you really need to hear at this point. A fantastic tune to hear, and something that someone can easily warm to. A cool and interesting listen, without the need for loads of instruments or gargantuan production, this is simple but amazing. Absolutely worth your time and listening skills. Very excellent. This works a treat from start to finish. It fades out at the end.

Azzura is nearly eight minutes long. It begins with some chiming yet moody-sounding acoustic guitar parts, which sound very sad but definitely beautiful to hear. A really sweet and great listening experience throughout, this one is full of sadness and melancholy, however. Still, this sounds insanely good as a piece of music. It flows and plays really very well. This gradually builds up nicely into a layered piece of acoustic guitar mastery that sounds supremely excellent throughout. This music sounds warped yet incredibly beautiful to listen to. There is a big musical change in the first half, which is a surprise and sounds very sweet and beautiful indeed. A really excellent tune to listen to and experience. This album no doubt should be a part of your collection today. Some interesting and racing acoustic guitar parts are throughout here, and this whole tune sounds incredibly lively to listen to. This may go on for quite some time, but the music and playing are both terrific throughout. A really adventurous and interesting listen, this sounds really superbly good to listen to. The second half of the tune sounds a bit brighter overall but works a treat nonetheless. Some shredding is present on the acoustic guitars in this section of the track, sounding like an absolute winner of a listen in the process. The music throughout is fine, fresh and enjoyable. This is as good as the best food and wine out there and is perfect as a low-key set of music when you have your more intelligent friends around. A cool listen, this is very musically good and enlightening to listen to. It wraps up gradually after nearly eight minutes with some superb acoustic guitar riffing and percussion sounds to match. Really great.

Cardeosa is the final track on this album. It begins with some lighter acoustic guitars, sounding terrific. A pretty, joyful and giddy-sounding piece of music, this works incredibly well as a piece to listen to. It sounds absolutely awesome and pretty in a musical sense to listen to. Amazing stuff, these three men teach the world of music that there is more than Electronic sounds or EDM textures to boost a tune along. All you need is a guitar and some chops, it seems. In any case, this refreshing and sweet-sounding tune is a marvellous listen, and the music and playing are absolutely fantastic throughout. The tune at hand here is absolutely stunning and has some awesome pseudo-shred guitar parts that will blow you away. A sweet and joyous listen is present, with the three guitarists duking it out for space and recognition, which sounds really cool. The acoustic shred throughout is sweet and timeless, sounding very wonderful on its own. In any case, this music is a lovely and driven listen, and the power of the music holds up nicely to this day. A fresh and interesting listen, with descriptively divine acoustic guitar playing that sounds brilliant, these guys knew their craft. As this tune approaches its end we have heard one of the best instrumental albums ever. Fact. This wraps up with some awesome guitar work and sounds very, very sweet. A real winner to hear, it fades out gently.

This is a fantastic album that has light, shade and colour, only having three guitarists on it to make the sounds of the album. It is the best representation of what instrumental albums could do at the time. Nonetheless, this album proves that the best music is not the most commercially successful music and that guitar tone is in the fingers. Should you listen to this album? Absolutely, it would be a crime if you didn’t. People who like Pop Music may find this a bit boring, however.
