Hi all! I hope you love what you see on this website. Here is a little bit of background information about this site.

My name is Chris Airey, and I live in South East Queensland, Australia, although I am originally from Perth in Western Australia before I moved to Queensland in 2015. I first began this 100% self-run, published, owned and monitored WordPress website back in late 2018 as a result of many years of listening to thousands of albums from all genres of music. No genre or style is worth avoiding listening to, which was the inspiration behind beginning this website. Most of the best album review books are fairly limited in scope and appreciation of music, which motivated me to write my own reviews on albums. I found that I had a unique ability to sit through any music album, no matter its quality or style and easily write about it. This is the purpose of this website, which is to share the joy of music via reviews for everyone. Hence, the website slogan: Music reviews for the people.

Since beginning back in late 2018, I have written an enormous amount of reviews (well over 1000 and counting) covering many different artists and genres. My aim and mission of this website is to educate all viewers about the wonderful world of music. No AI chatbot or outside assistance is required for this process; this is all run by me.

My hobbies include playing the guitar, learning languages, video games and travel. I find these activities, much like music itself, hugely rewarding.
